Document Overview
This is GMADA's plot-level regularisation register — a 264-page schedule listing individual plots across colonies in its jurisdiction (heavily concentrated around Dera Bassi and other SAS Nagar-area villages) that have been issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) under the regularisation policy for unauthorised colonies. Regularisation lets an allottee in a colony that originally lacked a license obtain legal recognition of their plot once the colony (or the individual plot) meets the department's conditions.
Key Provisions & Structure
Each row records: serial number, plot number, name of the plot holder, name of the colony, village and Khasra number (the revenue survey number identifying the parcel of land), plot area, the NOC number issued, and the date it was issued. A representative early entry: Plot No. 500505 in "Guru Nanak Enclave," village Satarpur (Dera Bassi), sale-deed dated 02-01-2012, 175 sq. yd., NOC No. 6944 issued 02/12/2019. The register runs to thousands of such individual plot records, making it the authoritative way to check whether a specific plot already has a regularisation NOC on file.
