This is a district-wise register of colonies and mega-projects that already hold a valid license under the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act — meaning a buyer registering a plot or apartment there does not need a separate NOC from GMADA, unlike buyers in unauthorised colonies. It spans districts including S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Fatehgarh Sahib, and Patiala.

Each entry lists: colony name, promoter name, licensed area (in acres), the license number and date, current license status, the Khasra number(s) covering the site, and whether an approved layout plan (superimposed on the Khasra/revenue map) exists. A representative cluster from S.A.S. Nagar includes Sangita Enclave, Vijay Enclave, Gautam Enclave and Defence City — all in village Hamayunpur, Tehsil Derabassi — developed by M/s Sangita Shri Developers International Pvt. Ltd. of Ambala City. This list is the practical counterpart to the unauthorised-colonies register: it tells a buyer or registrar which projects are already clear for direct registry.
