About this document
A Department of Housing & Urban Development notification (No.10/02/2025-5HG1/226, dated 20 February 2025) updating the terms and conditions of e-auction for PUDA and all Special Development Authorities, including GMADA -- superseding the previous terms issued in 2023 and 2024.
Key points
- All auctions in PUDA and Special Development Authorities (including OUVGL properties) must be conducted by e-auction only.
- Properties are classified by bid price: in GMADA/GLADA, sites of ₹50 crore or more are "Chunk Sites" (₹25 crore or more for other authorities like PDA, BDA, JDA, ADA).
- Eligibility fee for multiplex/commercial/hospital/hotel/nursing home/group housing/school sites: ₹25 lakh (up to 1 acre), ₹2 crore (1-5 acres), ₹5 crore (5 acres and above).
