Delegation of Powers GMADA

About this document
GMADA/PUDA's "Delegation of Powers" regulation -- an 84-page internal administrative reference setting out exactly which officer or authority (Chief Administrator, Additional Chief Administrator, Chief Engineer, and others) is empowered to exercise which administrative power, and to what extent.
How it's organised
The document is a large table running across multiple sections (Section 1-A covers general administrative powers). Each row lists: the nature of the power (e.g. declaring an employee's headquarters, sanctioning absence beyond duty, suspending an employee's lien), which officer or authority holds it, the extent of the power delegated to each, and a remarks column citing the amending letter/order. It's a reference document for GMADA's own internal administration rather than something a member of the public would typically need day-to-day -- open the original PDF below if you need the specific delegation for a given administrative action.
