About this document
An Office Order from GMADA's Chief Administrator (dated 15.05.2023, approved by the GMADA Authority in its 30th meeting on 31.03.2023) amending an earlier 08.01.2022 order that offered COVID-19-related relief to allottees of IT plots.
What changed
The original order (Endst. No. GMADA-Policy/2022/410-415, dated 08.01.2022) required eligible allottees to submit an application with a no-dues certificate within 3 months to avail the relief. This amendment omits that condition and instead requires allottees to simply clear "up to date dues" within 30 days of this order.
