What it says
For Mega Housing Projects, Super Mega Projects, and Industrial Park Projects across Punjab whose completion deadline has already lapsed, promoters need to apply in time for an extension to complete them. This order withdraws the exemption from the No-Dues Certificate (NDC) requirement that had previously been granted to such promoters when applying late for an extension (originally granted vide letter No. PUDA-Mega/2017/408-09, dated 11.05.2017).
