Subject: Amendment in the Policy of condone the delay in the

time given to deposit 15% or any other stipulated

initial amount with regard to Residential/ Commercial/

Institutional Plots sold through Allotment/Auction by

the Authority.

In continuation of PUDA Policy Branch Letter No.PUDA

Policy/02/6153-54 dated 20.08.2002 on the subject cited above.

Vide Letter under reference, In the Policy to condone

the delay in depositing the amount of 15% or any other initial

amount with the stipulated period given in the Allotment Letter/

Letter of Intent of Residential/ Commercial/ Institutional Plot sold

through Allotment/Auction the following amendment has been

made by the Policy Branch PUDA :-

A) In respect of condonation of delay in cases of Residential/

Commercial Plots sold/allotted through auction or in any other

manner.
