Subject: Amendment in the Policy in respect of allotment of

sites for Petrol, Diesel and L.P.G./C.N.G.

Vide this Office Letter No.15263-64 dated

21.06.2013 and Letter No.16090 dated 05.07.2013, a policy

had been formed in respect of allotment of Sites for Petrol,

Diesel and L.P.A. in various Sectors/Areas falls in the

jurisdiction area of Greater Mohali Area Development

Authority. Now, GMADA Authority in its 19th meeting held on

09.12.2015 vide Agenda Item No. 19.06 has decided to allot

the sites of Petrol, Diesel and L.P.G./C.N.G. to Government

Department/ State Government Department and Private

Organization, along with Government owned Oil Companies

who got license from Govt. of India to sell Petrol, Diesel and

L.P.G./C.N.G. Rest of the conditions shall remained be same.

You are hereby requested to ensure the further

action in light of aforesaid decision of the Authority.
