Subject: Amendment in Policy for permission for installation of

Underground Telephone cables in the area falls within the

jurisdiction of Greater Mohali Area Development Authority.

In continuation of Policy Branch, GMADA Letter No.656-663

dated 05.01.2016 and Letter No.55476-83 dated 13.12.2016 on the

subject cited above.

2.0 In respect of subject cited, matter with regard to charges to

be charged had been reconsidered by Chief Administrator, GMADA

and he has passed orders as follow:-

“Let us take the charge as per GMADA policy and also take

this as agenda item in Executive Committee. Whatever

shall be outcome the decision shall be applicable post facto

on this also.”

In light of above said decision of Chief Administrator, GMADA,

you are requested to charge the charges as per the decision taken in

the 3rd Meeting of GMADA Authority held on 03.08.2007, which has

been issued, vide Endst. No.1321-22 dated 24.08.2007.
