Subject: With regard to Policy of allotment of Institutional Sites.

On 20.07.2006, 51st Meeting of PUDA’s Finance and

Accounts Committee was held, wherein vide Item No. 51.18 Policy

for allotment of Institutional Sites had been framed. In this

regard, Planning and Design Committee of GMADA had proposed

that whenever in future 1000 Sq. Yard is allotted to any institution

then along with that 1000 Sq. Yard area shall be left for common

parking.

In view of the aforesaid recommendation of Planning

and Design Committee of GMADA Authority, Finance and Accounts

Committee of PUDA while considering the matter vide Item

No.71.06 had decided that in future while carrying out allotment of

land to the Cultural and Literary Activities and Religious

Institution, there shall be provisions to keep 1000 Sq. Yard for
