Subject: Policy for grant of permission of Professional
Consultancy Service in the residential houses of
Urban Estate and Plot/ House allotted by Punjab
Housing Development Board/ PUDA (Now GMADA).
In connection of the subject cited above.
In the 14th meeting of the GMADA Authority held on
22.11.2012 an Agenda Item No. 14.06 matter has been placed
for amendment in the Policy issued vide letter No.8215 dated
24.09.1998 regarding Permitting Professional Consultancy
Service in the Residential Houses/Plot allotted by Punjab
Housing Development Board (now GMADA) at Urban Estate.
Authority while approving amendment in condition No.(iii) of
the (Policy issued vide letter No.24.09.1998), had granted
sanction for Consultancy Services to the Allottee’s Family
Member (Son or Unmarried Daughter) on the previous
conditions of the policy.
These directions be implemented in its true spirit.
