On the subject cited matter and in continuation of letter

under reference, as per the decision taken in the 17th meeting of

Finance and Accounts Committee of PUDA held on 15.05.2019, draft

of fresh Terms & Conditions of the auction, which are approved at

the level of Housing and Urban Development Minister, is being sent

for information and further necessary action.
