2.08 In the 58th meeting of PUDA Authority held on

19.06.2019, vide Agenda Item No. 58.04, while including

following condition in the conditions of auction, it has been

decided that this condition shall be applicable on the Sites

sold through auction after 01.09.2017:-

6.3 Allottee of chunk sites, eligible for the benefit of
