Subject: For issuance of Reservation Policy with regard to

Property to be allotted by PUDA and various

authorities.

Reference: In continuation of this Office Letter No. PUDA-

Policy-Branch-S5/2015/7966/71 dated 30.3.2015.

On the subject cited above, it is being intimated

that the policy issued vide letter under reference had been

prepared after consideration at the level of Hon’ble Chief

Minister-cum-Chairman PUDA, Reservation Policy is being

enclosed herewith for its compliance in true spirit. Ex-Post

facto approval of the same shall be done in the meeting of

Finance and Accounts Committee of PUDA/Executive

Committee/ Authority of PUDA.
