Self attested copy of occupation certificate issued.
Certificate from a plumber registered with the Authority. (Size: 7KB, Format: PDF, Language: English)
Demand Draft towards road cutting charges, if any.

In case of an unauthorized sewer connection, additional compounding fee shall be applicable.
