Public notice regarding ammendment in approved layout plan of M/s Nature health Farms Pvt. Ltd.

Overview of the Notice

GMADA has invited suggestions and objections from interested people regarding changes proposed in the approved layout plan of a Low Density Country Homes Residential Development Project at Village Manakpur Shariff, S.A.S. Before taking further action, GMADA has decided to give interested people an opportunity to review the proposed changes and submit their views.

What Has Changed in the Layout?

The promoter has proposed several changes to the earlier approved layout plan.

Road Width Increased

The 50-foot-wide road adjoining Plot Nos. 24–26 and 29–30 has been increased to 54 feet in the technically approved revised layout plan.

Plot Shape and Area Changed

The shape and area of Plot Nos. 24 to 30 have been changed in the revised plan.

Open Area Changed to Road

An area that was shown as open space in the earlier layout has now been planned as a 60-foot-wide road.

Green Area Proposed

A new green area has been proposed by reducing the area of Plot No. 1.

Commercial Area Replanned

Changes have also been made to the commercial area. The earlier proposal for Shop Nos. 1–7 has been changed to Shop Nos. 1–6, and a toilet block has also been proposed.
