Overview of the Public Notice

This public notice relates to the hearing of Section 21 claims for acquisition of the remaining land required for development of the industrial area in Sector 103, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali). A notification for the acquisition had earlier been issued under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (RFCTLARR Act, 2013) on 16 July 2026.
