Overview of the Notice
This public notice relates to the hearing of Section 21 claims for the acquisition of the remaining land required for development of the industrial area in Sector 101, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali).
A notification for the acquisition had earlier been issued under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (RFCTLARR Act, 2013) on 16 July 2026. To provide the affected landowners an opportunity to be heard, a public notice was subsequently published in newspapers on 13 August 2026.
The notice has now been issued again, taking into account the relevant revenue report dated 17 July 2026.
