The recommendations are being shared publicly so that affected families and residents of Village Azizpur are informed about the Expert Group’s findings. Copies of the notice have also been sent to the concerned authorities, including:

• Sub-Divisional Magistrate;
• Tehsildar, Banur;
• Sarpanch of Village Azizpur; and
• GMADA’s IT Wing.

The Sarpanch has been asked to display the notice at prominent public places in the village, such as Gurdwara Sahib, temple, mosque and community facilities. The notice is also to be uploaded on GMADA’s website.
